Fellowship Involvement

Research & Publications

Fellows are encouraged to conduct independent or collaborative research, write academic papers, articles, policy briefs, and publish books or other research outputs.

Fellows may use RCUP as their affiliation only with prior written permission from the organization. All publications must align with RCUP’s mission and values, maintain academic and professional integrity, and receive approval before listing RCUP as an affiliated institution.

Nature of the Role

The fellowship position is voluntary. There is no fixed salary or mandatory working hours. Fellows contribute based on mutual agreement and project relevance. Participation is flexible and impact-driven.

Project-Based Compensation

While the fellowship itself is voluntary, if RCUP runs funded projects, grants, or sponsored initiatives, fellows involved in those specific projects may receive compensation.

Compensation is based on role, contribution, and project budget availability. Payment terms will be clearly agreed upon before project commencement.

Expectations from Fellows

Fellows are expected to maintain ethical research standards, actively contribute to RCUP initiatives, professionally represent RCUP, and respect institutional guidelines.
